We are hiring!  We are currently looking for a motivated, service driven,enthusiastic leader to run our Washburn C Store.  This individual will be responsible for directing, promoting and coordinating the convenience store to include supervision, marketing, profitability and sales, reporting, purchasing, resale pricing, inventory, maintenance and other duties as assigned.  These include but are not limited to:

• Daily supervision of C-Store staff, including resource planning, hiring, orientation, performance reviews, scheduling and training.
• Maintain store appearance and maintenance.  Direct store marketing activities while performing proper merchandising. 
• Establish and communicate store goals and results to employees, staffing store, delegating workload, actively supporting employee growth, and upholding Coop policies. 
• Uphold all Coop  policies and ensure that store facilities and equipment all meet Federal, State and OSHA regulations.
• Inventory management and manage labor costs.
• Ensure profitability and sales by establishing and achieving store goals.

Basic qualifications include a degree in business or related field OR 1 year + experience of working in a C-Store or retail environment.  Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook and ability to learn new software applications.
